Today I went to Pilzen, a city about an hour and a half away from Prague. This city is where they brew the Pilsner Urquell lager, which is the most popular beer in the Czech Republic. I went on the Pilsner Urquell brewery tour, walked through some old underground tunnels, visited the old church building.

ReplyDeleteSounds like you are settling in. Why am I not surprised that a Milwaukee area native chose as one of his first outings a brewery tour? Regarding your summer internship, I have an idea, but it involves vegetated green roof mats. Enjoy your stay!
